How we use third-party material

Images

• We only use official promotional material that Rockstar Games has published for the press and the public, such as screenshots, artwork and trailer stills from its official GTA VI media page.
• Every image carries a visible credit to its owner.
• We never publish leaked footage, leaked images or files from unreleased builds.

Videos and articles we cite

• Our articles are original pieces built from facts reported across many sources. We write in our own words and don't copy text, transcripts or video content.
• Every article lists its sources with links, so readers can go to the original creators.

Trademarks

Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games and related marks belong to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and its subsidiaries. We use them only to identify the games we write about. GTAVibes is an independent fan site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Requesting a change or removal

If you own the rights to material on GTAVibes, or act on behalf of someone who does, email contact@gtavibes.com with:

1. the work you believe is affected;
2. the exact URL(s) on gtavibes.com where it appears;
3. what you would like us to do (remove it, change the credit, or add a link);
4. your name, contact details and your relationship to the rights holder;
5. a statement that the information in your request is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

We aim to reply within two business days and to act on valid requests as quickly as possible, usually by removing or replacing the material. Content creators can also ask us to change how their video or article is credited, or to stop citing it.
