Who is responsible for your data

What we process and why

1. Technical data when you visit

Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this only to run the site, prevent abuse and fix errors.

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: short-lived server logs, kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for operation and security.

2. When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and anything you include in your message to reply and, where relevant, to handle your request (for example a correction or a takedown request).

• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Retention: as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, and then deleted unless we must keep it to comply with a legal obligation.

What we don't do

• We have no user accounts, comments, newsletter or contact forms at the moment.
• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies at the moment.
• We don't sell your data or use it for profiling.
• Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn't send your data to Google Fonts.

If we add any of these features in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

Who else processes the data

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Vercel is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our email provider processes the messages you send us.

When you click a link to a source (for example YouTube or another website), that site's own privacy policy applies.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is inaccurate;
• delete it;
• restrict or object to how we process it;
• receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@gtavibes.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.

Age

GTAVibes covers games rated for adults (PEGI 18 / ESRB M). The website is intended for adults and we do not knowingly process data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
