GTA 6 Cheats: Every Cheat Code for PS5 and Xbox
Are there cheats in GTA 6? What's confirmed, how cheats worked in GTA 5, whether they'll disable trophies, and every GTA 6 cheat code as soon as it's found.
Are there cheats in GTA 6? Not confirmed yet. As of today, Rockstar hasn't announced any cheat codes, how you'd enter them, or a cheat list. Any page claiming to have working GTA 6 cheat codes before launch is making them up.
That will change fast once the game is out on November 19. This page is where we'll publish every GTA 6 cheat as soon as it's found and tested, with codes for PS5 and Xbox.
Will GTA 6 have cheats?
Very likely. Cheats have appeared in every mainline GTA since GTA III, and GTA 5 had them in two forms: button combinations on the controller, and phone numbers you dial on Michael, Franklin or Trevor's in-game phone. It would be a surprise if GTA 6 dropped them, and the in-game phone is the most likely way to enter them again. Until Rockstar or players confirm it, though, that's an educated guess.
How cheats worked in GTA 5
To give you an idea of what to expect, GTA 5 let you:
- Enter a button sequence during gameplay, for example for invincibility, weapons or a vehicle spawn.
- Dial a number on the phone. Invincibility, for example, was 1-999-724-654-5537.

We'll fill this table in on launch day with cheats we've tested ourselves.
Will cheats disable trophies and achievements?
Probably. In GTA 5, using a cheat disabled trophies and achievements for that session, and cheats were limited to story mode. GTA 6 is expected to follow the same rules. If you're going for the Platinum, keep that in mind before you try any. Our trophy list page will track this too.
Beware of fake cheat lists
Search for GTA 6 cheats today and you'll find full lists of "codes". They're invented, because the game isn't out yet. Be especially careful with anything that asks you to download a file, install a trainer or log in with your PlayStation or Xbox account. Real cheats, if they exist, will be entered inside the game.
When will we know?
Expect the first cheats within hours or days of launch, as players start experimenting with the phone and controller. Bookmark this page: we'll update it as soon as there's something real to share.
